SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM BY EDUBRIDGE

Semester- II & IV Specialisation– All

Date: 30th January 2018 to 3rd March 2018 (60 hours) Time: 2.45 pm to 4.45 pm

EduBridge is an organization started by a group of IIM alumni and professors in October 2009 having head office in Mumbai. It has been setup with the vision of fulfilling the skill gap in semi-urban and rural areas and the skill requirement of the corporate. It aims at furthering the government’s objective of developing employable skills among the youth and connecting them with job opportunties with Corporate India. EduBridge seeks to be the link that connects corporate with talent from semi-urban and rural areas and vice versa.

EduBridge partnered with and have been recognized by the National Skill Development Corporation on (NSDC), an entity set up under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Moreover, we are also awarded “The best performing start-up” by NSDC for the high quality work done in 2011-12.

Skill development training program having two options :-

1. Non Placement linked program – Communication skills – 60 Hours duration (Free of cost – Approx. 5000/- : Completely -Sponsored by Voltas )

2. Placement linked program – 280 hours duration ( Rs. 500/- Registration towards

enrollment kit under Citibank sponsored course no additional charges. )

After confirmation of the above programme, we need to sign a memorandum of understanding.

Content of training :-

  • Introduction to Basic Spoken English

  • English Pronunciation

  • Sounds in English: Consonant Sounds

  • Sounds in English: Vowel Sounds

  • Verbal and Non Verbal Communication

  • Sentence Reading

  • Simple Conversational Skills

  • English Grammar

  • Practising Reading Skills

  • Practising Listening Skills

  • Practising Speaking Skills

  • Cicely Berry Jaw Relaxation and Warm-up Exercise

  • Movie Time with summary writing
