Webinar on “Ethics and Spirituality – the new component to business bottom line”

MM BGIMS conducted a webinar on 15th August 2020 on “Ethics and Spirituality – the new component to business bottom line”. The session was conducted by Mr. Satish Menon a multi-faceted personality and a spiritual and leadership coach.
The session helped participants understand how spirituality and ethics have grown to be the new bottom line for businesses. Mr. Menon provided insights into this new ideology and emphasized that people and planet are on a higher priority than profits. Higher numbers of companies are now following this ideology to ensure sustainable growth. He also explained that spirituality is not about religion, but about seeking the truth.
Mr. Menon pointed out that it is imperative for top executives to know when to use their heads and when their hearts to make key decisions. Decisions made with such balanced approach will ensure that greed does not seep into the company in any form and will help not just you but also the society as a whole
