Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies organized amanagement fair on Saturday, 24thDecember 2022.The faculty of Perspective Management conducted the activityto implement classroom learning into action.The main objective for organising this fair was to allow the students to come up with ideas and plans to execute an event. The students worked in teams and submitted their plans. They came up with ideas for decorating the overall venue and having games and food stalls.
The creative decoration of the stalls, food presentation, and marketing efforts to pitch their product all contributed to the fun and learning. Food stalls sellingveg mayo sandwiches, fruit shots, chat items, dahi vada, pani puri, mojitos, cakes, donuts, muffins, Chinese bhel, to nachos and basundi were toppers. There was a total of 8 stalls. Stalls had games like the memory game, darts, weaving through the electric line, and game of cards to name a few.Around 80 students participated in this activity. The students used innovative ideas to create afestive ambiance. The guests relished the food and appreciated the efforts and hard work of the students. Few food stalls made a good profit and shared the tips that attributed to their success.
