PLACEMENT DRIVE
The Placement Drive at Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies was conducted with utmost enthusiasm and success on Saturday 2nd December 2023 with the overarching objective of facilitating a smooth transition for second-year students from academic settings to the professional sphere. 9 Students attended the drive. The event featured notable participation from KIME careers for the position of Business Development Executives.
A team of three Managers from Kime Careers – Mr Rushal Chaudhari- Talent Acquirement Specialist, Mr. Vijay Gurav- Business Development Manager and Mr. Pratham Sagar- HR and Operations Executive came for the screening of the students.
Mr Rushal presented the company profile career enhancement options for employees and also shared his journey at Kime Careers. The students were asked to fill a registration form of their company before sitting for the interview.
They interviewed 9 Marketing students and shortlisted Darshan Vyapri for the mentioned role.
An interaction post the interview with Ms Sadiya Fuggawala and Ms Namrata Uppal with the panel had a good feedback on the interviews of the students .
