Webinar on “What Next? How to Deal with Uncertainties Amid the COVID 19 Pandemic.”.

MM BGIMS conducted an extremely informative session on 18th July 2020. The session was conducted by Mr. Aseem Hattangadi on the topic, “What Next? How to Deal with Uncertainties Amid the COVID 19 Pandemic.”
The session proved to be an eye-opener for the participants with several interesting insights being shared. Mr. Aseem spoke about how it is important for people to focus more on being productive rather than thinking about being positive or negative. He emphasized on the importance of utilizing the abundance of time available, to develop strengths and competencies. He informed students the importance of developing “Adversity Quotient” to face challenges and evolve through them. He suggested that everyone should now develop a freelancer mentality that will help them adapt and evolve in uncertain times.
Mr. Aseem, asked the students to focus on the changes that are imminent in the job markets and be aware of innovations that will shape up from the current crisis. He said that the future core competencies that organization would look for would be Energy Quotient, Online Communication Skills and Technological Proficiency.
The session had good no of participants consisting of students, academicians and corporate professionals.
