Highlights | BG Cinema was a simulation activity in which the students created a theatrical ambience and broadcast the movie ‘Corporate’. They used Product and Branding Concepts and Marketing Strategy concepts and conducted the activity. They designed the ticket, created the cafeteria, did the checking counter, organised for appropriate signage and also created advertisements that are played prior to the movie screening. The movie tickets were sold at a price of Rs 30 only. The Movie was houseful. |
Learning Outcome | Students learnt the importance of branding services. They learnt how to treat customers and satisfy their customers. They created an ambience which was pleasant and full of energy. |
Feedback, if any | Director, Faculty and students were the customers. Director asked the students about the services provided, challenges faced by them and solution to the problems. The entire Simulation on service environment was organised in a systematic manner. |
