Objective	By completing this activity, students will: · Understand their emotions: Recognize and manage their own feelings. (Emotional Intelligence) Track their time: Use tools to record and analyse how they spend their time. (Time Management) Change a habit: Build a new routine or break an unwanted one. (Habit Formation) Be more effective: Apply Covey’s habits to improve their daily lives. (Personal & Academic Effectiveness) See human nature in action: Identify real-world examples of human behaviour. (Laws of Human Nature) Learn from success stories: Analyse how companies achieved greatness. (Business Analysis) Improve communication: Develop strategies to connect better with others. (Interpersonal Communication)
Highlights	Each group was assigned one book, and the group members divided the book into 2 or 3 chapters each, depending on the chapter length and content. Every student was then tasked with identifying an area in their life where they lack skills or have weaknesses. Students were encouraged to propose strategies from the books to improve themselves and bring about positive change in their lives.
Learning Outcome	Students learned the importance of time management, communications skills tactics, laws of human nature, how to form a new habit, understanding own emotions, how to be more effective (personal and academic)
