    Objective The objective of this assignment was to prepare a real-life example case with the following points as mentioned below

    1.       Apply concepts

    2.       Analyse problems

    3.       Generate insights

    4.       Communicate findings

    5.       Learn from the experience

    Highlights Each group comprised of 9 members. They had to visit a store/business and study it thoroughly and recommend their strategies for the business. They also had to prepare a title to the case and cover concepts taught to them in class according to the title. Total 09 case studies were prepared and presented by the students.

    1.       Zahid Bakery – The journey from humble beginnings to Culinary Excellence: A conceptual study

    2.       A Conceptual Study on Soft luggage Innovation – Prime Soft Luggage

    3.        Little world: A conceptual marketing study of a speciality store

    4.       Plus fitness: Work towards a healthier India: A conceptual study

    5.       B. Merwans & Co.: Building a Legacy in Mumbai’s Bakery Industry

    6.       Jumbo King: The Burger of India

    7.       The Journey of Drycleaners: A marketing study

    8.       Comprehensive marketing study on home bakers

    9.       Waffle Hub: Startup Innovation

    The best-case study creation and presentation was done by Zahid Bakery, N.N Drycleaners, Home bakers and Prime soft luggage.

    Learning Outcome Students learnt to create cases and apply marketing concepts to the case studies. They also learnt research skills, analytical skills, problem solving abilities, decision making, communication skills, team work and team co-ordination, industry insights, presentation skills and overall professional development.
