MDP conducted for S.S.Rane & Associates LLP
About the Event
An MDP (Management Development Programme) was conducted for S.S. Rane & Associates LLP on Saturday, 7th December 2024, from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM. This training session, designed for the staff of the Chartered Accountancy firm, focused on improving business communication skills. The title of the MDP was “Communicating with Confidence.”
This MDP was designed to equip the employees of S.S. Rane & Associates LLP with the necessary skills to communicate confidently and effectively, both within their teams and with clients.
A total of 41 employees from S.S. Rane & Associates LLP attended the session. The MDP was conducted by two esteemed professionals:
- Lalita Paranjape
- Dr. Vidya Hattangadi
Session Overview
Dr. Hattangadi commenced the programme by welcoming the participants and introducing the fundamentals of communication. She provided a strong foundation on the importance of clear and effective communication. Following this, Prof. Lalita Paranjape led a detailed session focusing on various aspects of communication, including verbal and non-verbal techniques, effective speaking and listening skills, and professional writing.
The key topics covered during the MDP were:

- Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication – Techniques for effective speaking, active listening, and interpreting non-verbal cues.
- Professional Email and Report Writing – How to structure and deliver concise, professional correspondence.
