MMBGIMS Faculty Development Programme & CSR Visit to Kewale Village
(An Inspiring Day of Learning, Giving & Bonding)
The staff of Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies (MMBGIMS) embarked on a memorable and meaningful Faculty Development Programme (FDP) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) visit to Kewale village, New Panvel.
This day-long visit was more than just an outing—it was an opportunity to engage with the community, nurture the environment, and strengthen our team spirit. The experience left us inspired, fulfilled, and united in purpose.
Highlights of the Visit:
- Visit to Gram Panchayat Primary School & Aanganwadi
We began our day by visiting the local school and Aanganwadi in Kewale. We interacted with the children, donated books and stationery, and witnessed the joy on their faces—a truly heartwarming experience. - Interaction at Harigram Old Age Home
Our next stop was Harigram Old Age Home, where we spent quality time with the senior citizens. We supported the home with essential foodgrain donations and meaningful conversations that touched our hearts. - Eco-Friendly Seedball Plantation Activity
At Ramanand Farmhouse, we participated in a seedball plantation drive, reaffirming our commitment to environmental sustainability. Contributing to nature in this small but impactful way added to our sense of purpose. - Wellness & Stress Management Session
Post-lunch, we engaged in relaxation and stress management activities that promoted mental well-being, team bonding, and personal balance.
The day was a beautiful blend of learning, sharing, and caring. It served as a powerful reminder of our social responsibilities as educators and professionals.
Together, we grow. Together, we give. Together, we make a difference.
