The placement and Corporate Relations Cell of MM BGIMS organized a session on “What Industry Expects from MBAs?” The Session was delivered by industry veteran Dr. Nikhil Vaidya, Head of Corporate Industrial Relations, at Reliance Industries Limited.
Dr. Nikhil Vaidya briefed the students on the skills required at the entry-level. He also demonstrated the types of questions that are asked during the interview. He focused on the importance of adding certificate programs and how those skills help employability. He made students aware of various add-on certificate programs that students can undergo as per specialization. The speaker also highlighted Industry scenarios pre and post-pandemic. The session was aired live on Facebook for the benefit of all.
