Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies conducted a webinar on September 12th, 2020 on “Making Volunteering Fun”. The session was conducted by Mr. Shishir Joshi Founder and Chief Executive Project Mumbai.
Mr. Shishir Joshi briefed the participants about Project Mumbai projects in various areas like Environment, governance, civic empowerment, community volunteering, healthcare, mobility, safety and security. He explained about the ongoing projects like Railway Painting, Joy of Giving and Tee Champs. This session provided a platform to all of participants to give back to the society by participating in any of the projects and make Mumbai a better place to live in for us and the future generations.
Mr. Joshi spoke about essence of Volunteering; he explained how volunteering helps in growing as individuals.
