Nature Conservation Day
The Green Club of MMBGIMS celebrated Nature Conservation Day on 28th July 2025, with a plant sapling activity aimed at encouraging a sense of environmental responsibility and fostering a love for nature among students. The initiative was designed to promote sustainable habits and to inspire students to take concrete steps towards conserving the environment.
As part of the activity, students were encouraged to plant a sapling at their home, garden, or any suitable location of their choice. They were instructed to record a short video or take photographs while planting the sapling, and then share their contributions via a link shared by the Faculty Coordinator. Additionally, participants were asked to post their videos or photos on Instagram and Facebook, tagging @mmbgims to spread awareness and inspire others to join the green initiative.
The response from the student community was overwhelming, with numerous students enthusiastically sharing their videos or photos on social media platforms.
