Maratha Mandir’s Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Management Studies in association with the Environment Team of Project Mumbai organized “Plastic Recyclothon” Project (A plastic donation by Mumbaikar, collection by Project Mumbai and recycled into benches for community gardens) on 4th June 2021 and 5th June 2021. All the registered participants i.e. citizens of Mumbai, dropped off their accumulated plastic at the drop off point in the campus and on 5th June i.e. the World Environment Day, Project Mumbai collected such plastic from the campus.
The Community Service Unit of MM BGIMS on the occasion of World Environment Day contributed to make the society a better place.
Project Mumbai CEO and Founder Mr. Shishir Joshi is looking forward to more initiatives and environmental projects with MM BGIMS in the future.
