Simulation on Cafe was organized by Marketing Department on Thursday 10th December 2021 by SEM-III (Marketing) students of BGIMS. The venue was in room No 206 -207
The objective of the simulation was brand services and to give an exposure to service sector (Cafe). Through this simulation students would get to experience

- Challenges Café’s are facing with extreme competition in the market

Learning: Students learnt the importance of branding services. They learnt how to treat customers and satisfy their customers. They created an ambience which was pleasant and full of energy.
Feedback: Director Dr. Vidya Hattangadi, Faculty, Non-teaching staff and students from other specialization were the customers. Director Ma’am asked the students about the services provided, challenges faced by them and how to go ahead for start-ups.
Students were enthusiastic and created a lively environment. All of them put a fantastic show .The entire Simulation on service environment was much organized in a systematic manner.
